Tips for you
- We suggest that you use ingredients at room temperature. This is for butter & eggs. You do not want them to be too firm or hard. Otherwise, you have to melt them & then use them.
- Avoid overmixing the batter. It helps in ensuring that the cookies are firm, and not too dense.
- The flour needs to be measured & mixed accurately. You can also line your sheet pan using the right kind of parchment paper. It helps the cookies to be baked in a balanced manner.
- We suggest that you always place the dough for some time in the refrigerator. This helps the dough to knead well.
- Yes, the baking part is always the most critical aspect, but it is annoying as well. But that is how things work. Once the cookies are done, you may want to allow them to cool down for at least 5-10 minutes before biting into them.
